ONDINE’S CURSE
Strange but it’s true it’s a name given to a medical condition called Central Hypoventilation syndrome. The name Ondine came from a play with the same name, in which Ondine is a character who place a spell on her lover that if he cheats her he will lose his voluntary respiration. So he has to keep awake throughout and breath in order to be alive. In the story later he will forget that and cheat with his ex-girlfriend and dies in the end. Same way when a person gets an injury to his brain stem or cervical spinal cord he will lose his involuntary control of respiration. He has to stay awake to breathe and to live or else he will need assisted breathing.
A curse is a powerful thing, many of us have generational curses which we acquire due to the sins of our ancestors, some of us may get curses because of our own actions. Many of us curse others when we are tormented. It’s hard to break a curse. The only way to break all the curses into pieces is by repenting from it and letting The Blood Of Jesus Christ wash it away. Gal 3:13 says “But Christ has rescued us from the curse pronounced by the law. When he was hung on the cross, he took upon himself the curse for our wrongdoing. For it is written in the Scriptures, “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree.”
He not just rescued us from the Curse, He became a curse for us. No matter what you are going through today, No matter how much curse or negative energy surrounds you. Jesus Christ can deliver you out of this. Repent and make your paths straight and Accept him he will break every curse in your family and Life. God bless you.
