3. Rigidity

RIGIDITY
There is an autoimmune disorder that affects the brain and spinal Cord named as STIFF PERSON SYNDROME. It’s a fancy name. As it says the Person becomes extraordinarily stiff or rigid following any stimuli. This occurs due to antibodies that form against Glutamic acid decarboxylase. It’s an enzyme present in our body.

Many a time even after repeated warnings we tend to be stiff or rigid in certain things. Many times like a chain reaction people kept hurting themselves with addictive habits, sometimes people tend to keep running behind people or waiting for people who reject them. Many times people keep them stiff to Gods warnings and repeatedly sin till they get annihilated in their life. We call such people as Stiff Necked people.God warns this nature Proverbs 29:1 says “A man who hardens his neck after much reproof Will suddenly be broken beyond remedy”.

Let us be warned of things which God keeps warning us through subtle signs, through our own conscience and at times through others. Let us leave our stiff-necked nature and learn to be flexible for God. A tree that doesn’t bend with the wind won’t last the storm. A grass though it’s small it’s flexible nature will help it survive any storm. Let us, therefore, leave our stiff-necked nature and Heed to Gods warning and correct our ways. God Bless you.
