Alien Hand syndrome
Alien hand syndrome is a rare neurological disorder in which one hand functions involuntarily, with the victim completely unaware of its action.Less horrifying symptoms include involuntary reaching and grasping, touching the face or tearing at clothing. More extreme cases have involved involuntarily stuffing food in the mouth, preventing the normal hand from completing simple tasks and self-inflicted punching.

Many times in our life some of our senses or parts go out of control, some cannot tame their eyes as it keeps seeing things unwanted things, some legs keep running to wrong places, some mind keeps thinking wrong things, There is a struggle between our heart and mind. We can never be a winner and successful unless and otherwise, we subject our senses, actions under our control.

Word of God says in 1 Chronicles 9:24-27 “Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize.Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever.”

Behind every winner, there is a sacrifice, self-control and discipline. If you want to be a winner, being your thoughts, actions under your control. Discipline yourself. Let not our mind and body dissociate like an alien hand. God Bless you. Have a great Sunday.
