66. Monday Syndrome

Monday Syndrome
After a week of stress and work, we all like a leisure weekend. Monday becomes a stereotypical start to the week and basically no one likes to renew back to a boring routine. Monday Syndrome refers to fatigue, dizziness, chest tightness, body ache, loss of appetite. This does not infer that we all suffer from a syndrome.
‎God has made every day alike, a day for rest and a day to work. But we can never decipher unless we are passionate about our choices. Many of us are imposed to make decisions concerning their education, career, job and even about life partners by parents or some superlative force. This tends to drive us more stressful and forcibly accomplish a task for the sake of completion and for others appeasement. Thus we would never develop a passion towards it.
‎Weekdays can be a lot stress-free and be alleviating only if we find passion in the work we do and for whom we do. Bible says in the book of Matthew 6:34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. Never make any decisions or determinations by compulsion or to please someone, do it out of passion, only then you can ease your life. Live life, worry less and be stress-free at work.
